Gia Lucchetta
Gia Lucchetta has been helping people buy and sell homes in the Guelph and surrounding area since 1988.
Born and raised in Guelph, she attended the University of Western Ontario for a degree in Geography/Urban Planning, then returned to continue as an actively involved resident of this city in such roles as Past President and current Board member of Wyndham House, Past Member-Board of Directors of the Children’s Foundation and Past President of the Guelph and District Real Estate Board. As a result of her community involvement, Gia has been twice nominated for the YMCA Women of Distinction Award in the category of Voluntary Community Service.
Her desire to take a hands-on approach to planning by matching families with their own perfect urban landscape evolved quite naturally into real estate sales. And since becoming a mother herself, Gia has an even richer appreciation of the special attention families with children require when involved in the daunting task of buying or selling their home.
Gia is ranked in the top 3% of Royal Lepage agents nationally* and finds her sweet spot in the selling of heritage downtown homes. Gia is proud to say that real estate has been her only employment and that she can’t imagine doing anything else.

Jessica Moodie

Jessica Moodie works exclusively as a licensed sales representative with Gia Lucchetta. She has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph and a post graduate certificate in Public Relations from Humber College. Jessica worked in sports marketing and public relations in Toronto, where her enthusiastic approach and old-fashioned work ethic enabled her to maintain focus in a demanding work environment, under deadlines and pressure conditions.
Jessica left the world of PR and marketing to tour the globe for two years. Her diverse travel experiences have helped her to adapt easily to new situations and bring an open mind to all areas of her life and business.
Jessica shares Gia’s philosophy and approach in every transaction and with her dedication, honesty and patience, she provides prompt, professional service every time.
Sue Blakey

Sue Blakey works as Gia’s full time administrative assistant. She is not new to real estate administration having worked as front desk administration and reception for many years. Sue has a unique understanding of the needs and feelings of others and with an amazing talent for organization she is certainly the perfect fit for Gia’s team.
Sue’s administrative strengths behind the desk help Gia to do what she does best, help Buyer’s and Sellers make their dreams come true! Sue exudes personality, professionalism and pride in a job well done. She is the pleasant, reassuring voice on the other end of the line, who is happy to answer any question, big or small!
