During this informative session, you will learn about extra closing costs; mortgage details; development issues that could affect real estate values; the value of homes and current market conditions. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and obtain all the facts. By the end of the meeting, you will have the tools required to step confidently forward into the complicated world of home buying.
2. I will help you create a concise 'Needs & Wants list' a valuable list to narrow down your search.
3. I will listen closely to what you are saying... and 'hand pick' the right listings for you to look at.
4. Once we find the perfect home, I will guide you through the offer process and create the offer designed specifically to suit your needs.
5. I will present the offer on your behalf and use my crisp, well-honed negotiating skills to help you secure your new home. Your total picture will drive the process in a way that addresses your finances and meets your optimal needs.
6. Upon your success in purchasing a new home, I will assist you in meeting your conditions, deliver documents to your lawyer and ensure that all details, leading up to your day of closing, are fully looked after.
