Gia Lucchetta has been helping people buy and sell homes in Guelph, Rockwood, Fergus, Elora and surrounding areas since 1988.
Born and raised in Guelph, she attended the University of Western Ontario for a degree in Geography/Urban Planning returning as an actively involved resident of Guelph including roles as Past President and current Board member of Wyndham House, Past Member-Board of Directors of the Children’s Foundation and Past President of the Guelph and District Real Estate Board. As a result of her community involvement, Gia has been twice nominated for the YMCA Women of Distinction Award in the category of Voluntary Community Service.
Her desire to take a hands-on approach to planning by matching families with their own perfect urban landscape evolved quite naturally into real estate sales. Since becoming a mother herself, Gia has an even richer appreciation of the special attention families with children require when involved in the daunting task of buying or selling their home.
Gia is ranked in the top 3% of Royal LePage agents nationally* and finds her sweet spot in the selling of heritage downtown homes.
